The portal is to offer Portuguese-speaking web surfers an Internet search engine, free e-mail, electronic shopping, online chat, news, sports, online radio, and a business center. The introduction of the Portuguese portal is to be the second in a series of new international portals currently being developed by Vertical Computer Systems.
